3 BEDROOM MANDELIEU APARTMENT (Sleeps 6)
This spacious three bedroomed apartment is located on the top floor of a luxurious new residence with swimming pool. There is large living room with direct access to a gigantic terrace with beautiful views over the Siagne River and a typical Mediterranean landscape. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a separate WC and a secure parking space.
This high ceilinged living room has a convertible double sofa bed, armchairs, dining table and chairs. Flat screen TV, VCR. There is a double door access to the double exposition terrace!
Accommodation comprises 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds.
Tourist information on Mandelieu
The property is ideally located for beach, golf, driving around the riviera and just relaxing. The Riviera's oldest 18 hole golf course, the "Golf Club de Cannes-Mandelieu" is within walking distance. There is also the well-known Robert Trent Jones golf course Cannes Riviera. A half dozen other courses are within 30 minutes drive. It is also a great place for sailing, with one of the largest sailing port within walking distance. Hiking can be enjoyed in the Esterel Park nearby.1 BEDROOM MONACO APARTMENT (sleeps 4)
This spacious one bedroom apartment is situated in a stunning location on the hills above Monaco.
With a super large terrace the apartment is facing west/south west looking down to the sea and to the famous Monte Carlo casino. The apartment has a living room that has two small beds available, television and DVD, sofa, lounge chair, table and chairs and large doors opening onto the terrace and views.
The bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers, with sliding doors opening onto the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a door to the terrace which is equipped with teak table, four chairs, two deck chairs, parasol and large awnings to provide shade. In the bathroom there is a bath and shower, with toilet and hand basin and large mirror.
Most of your stay will be spent outside on the terrace or in the roof top swimming pool!
Tourist information on Monaco and Beausoleil
Located 30 mins from Nice Airport and 15 mins to the Italian boarder, very close to the town of Menton on the Italian borders, you will have a huge range of things to see and do. You can be in the glitz of Monaco in the morning and in a peaceful mountain village in the afternoon with only a half hour drive between!Beausoleil is a residential town with a lively food market, which blends with that of neighbouring Monaco. There are shops, restaurants, cafes that are a pleasure for the young and old. Also you have a choice of beaches in Monaco and Menton within a short bus ride. There is a parking space for those who hire a car. If you love the Grand Prix, this is an ideal place to visit to take in the atmosphere and drive the course! The residence itself has a super rooftop swimming pool, so you can just take in the view and relax.
