1 bedroom, airconditioned apartment in downtown Cannes beside the Croisette and 3 minutes from the Palais des Festivals.
This apartment faces East and so the balcony is a sun trap in the morning. It is on the third floor (with a lift) and has a view over rooftops and magnolia trees. Sleeps 2/4
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
The bedroom, which is ensuite, can accommodate 2 single beds or a King as required. In addition, the sofa bed converts into a King bed.

Nice: 1st floor apartment near the old city and the port of Nice (sleeps 4) The southern exposure allows for a pleasant stay. You will find everything you need at the “centre commercial Nice TNL” that is just down the street. The train station is just a 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. 2009: Good availability. 
Provencal rental villa near Ste Maxime i the Gulf of St Tropez with a heated (and alarmed) swimming pool in a large private and enclosed garden. The Mas is in a rural setting at the foot of the Maures mountain range. St Maxime is 10 mins by car and a ferry takes you to St Tropez and Cannes. Local markets in Grimaud, Cogolin and other Provencal villages are a delight. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. 2009: Available from 28th Aug onwards.
