WATER SIDE APARTMENT FOR RENT
New for 2006, Marina Parc has just been completed at Cannes Mandelieu, a short cruise up the River Siagne from La Napoule.
This beautifully furnished apartment has air conditioned (Hot and Cold), Plasma TV with English channels, a lovely terrace overlooking the small marina.
The marina complex includes a nice sized infinity pool overlooking the Marina.
Access to the development is via remotely controlled electric gates.
The living room has a new 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, one of which is a good quality sofa bed suitable for two adults or children.

1 bedroom, sleeps 4 + cot
One double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Sliding double glazed doors to terrace. Tiled bathroom with low voltage halogen lights, bath (mixer tap with shower attachment). Separate Toilet.
It would be possible to accommodate one additional child on a fold away bed if required.
CANNES MANDELIEU
This rental property provides a unique opportunity to rent a luxury apartment in the centre of Mandelieu, with its own boat mooring in the south of France for a boat of up to 25 feet right. Secure parking in the gated development and parking for the trailer while the boat is in the marina means you can relax and enjoy the warm waters of the Mediterranean.
Depending on your type of boat, be it a speed boat for water skiing, a sailing boat, something small and easy for the children or a 25 foot cruiser, you can enjoy the river from the Marina Park or head down-stream and into the Mediterranean, from where you can head to Cannes and Antibes or South to Theoule-sur-Mer and beyond.
MANDELIEU AND LA NAPOULE TOURIST INFORMATION
Boats, walks in the L' Esterel, stunning beaches every where, particularly Theoule Sur Mer, 5 miles from Cannes. The best restaurants in the world just 15 minutes away (just my opinion)! Mandelieu la Napoule is less busy than Cannes and Juan les Pins although there are plenty of bars restaurants marinas, etc. As you know parking can be a problem in peak season but who needs to worry with a boat at your apartment and marina's every where - you can put the car away for a couple of weeks if you wish!
