East of Nice, Cap Ferrat and the Bay of Villefranche and accommodation is a convienent 9 km from the Monte Carlo Grand Prix track. Each room or suite has its own private underground parking space. The renowned restaurants of Eza village are a short walk from the property.

MONACO GP ACCOMMODATION FOR RENT

This newly built property offers a choice of rooms or suites for the duration of the Monaco GP event - perfect for groups or corporate guests staying together. All rooms are south facing, air conditioned, and sound-proofed with French windows that open to balcony or terrace with views over the Mediterranean.

Each room has a satellite and pay television, direct dial telephone with integrated wake up call, broad band internet access and refrigerator. Private bathrooms have bath tubs with shower attachment, towel dryers and hair dryers. Safe hire is available at Reception.

The swimming pool has views to the sea and sun loungers are provided. A snack lunch service is available around the pool and the bar serves cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and cold drinks. Breakfast is taken on the terrace breakfast room.

Underground parking is provided for each room and the property is equipped with close circuit security surveillance.
