This condo is located in an apartment building that offers commanding views over Nice harbour. This central location offers easy access to the nearby beach, harbour and old Nice with its narrow streets, markets and museums. Within the condo complex there is the "SAH JUAN" cafe and restaurant with a wonderful large sidewalk terrace overlooking the harbour and the cruise ships.
DETAILS OF THE CONDO FOR RENTAL
This one bedroomed apartment has a large living area with full length patio doors that open onto the balcony, with its sunny vantage point over Nice harbour. The apartment is elegantly decorated and furnished, to provide an ideal base for a holiday in Nice.
This 55 sq m luxury apartment is located on the upper floors of a condo complex within landscaped park. There is an elevator and hot water central heating. The apartment has nee totally remodelled. The living room has a designer couch which opens up as a bed, a dining area with antique table and chairs, a magnificent hand-painted buffet high chest and of course a TV. The walls have been sponge painted with bright Mediterranean colours by the owner, and the floors have bean recently re-tiled.
The living room opens through scenic windows on a large sunny balcony with armchairs. The scenic windows are fitted with electric shutters and an outside roll up awning. Next to the living room is a separate kitchen with all appliances and utensils. You will find a refrigerator with a deep freezer, a microwave oven, a gas and electric stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher and a clothes washer. The hallway has large closet space and leads to the bedroom, the bathroom and separate toilets.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay and the dining area has a table and seating for 4 people.

The bedroom opens through scenic windows onto a balcony which also faces the sea. The flooring is parquet and the walls are lined up with blue moire silk. There is a large closet space and an antique oak desk with armchair. The bedroom has two single beds with firm mattresses. The bathroom has Carrara marble covered walls. It is equipped with a full bath tub with shower and sink.
NICE TOURIST LOCATION
Nice is a classic holiday destination on the French Riviera, with easy access to neighbouring Monaco, Menton (and Italy), and Antibes and Cannes to the West. The main beach is instantly recognisable with its private and public beach areas, glamorous sights and elegant villas that stretch the length of the Promenade des Anglais, include the world famous Negresco hotel. Set behind the promenade are the shopping streets and to the East (near the harbour and apartment) is the old town, with its narrow twisting streets and wonderful boutique shops. Parks and museums, including the Matisse art gallery provide endless opportunities for exploring the city.
The condo complex a "CASINO" food store, and an international newspaper stand. Beaches are just one minute away, as well as a lovely path alongside the sea with stunning views over the whole bay and the "Promenade des Anglais". Your day could start with a visit to the Yacht Club, the scuba diving school or a day cruise alongside the Riviera.
Uphill you will enjoy the "Mont Boron" with its panoramic views on Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and the bay of Nice all the way to Antibes. Only a few steps away, you will be able to enjoy the best Mediterranean food at the numerous cafes and restaurants lined up around the harbour, While sipping on your "rose" you will admire some of the finest yachts anchored on the docks. Next to the harbour the hill of the "Chateau" overlooks the old city with its night and day lively medieval winding narrow streets, in particular the "Gouts Saieya" with its fruits, vegetables and flower morning markets, surrounded by a multitude of typical restaurants serving the real salads nicoise, pissaladiere, socca and daube nicoise... Souvenirs, fashion and designer shops pop up at every corner.
The world famous Promenade des Anglais starts here and you can walk, jog, bike, roller skate all along the Mediterranean for nearly 10 kilometers. If you wish to visit the rest of Nice and the Riviera, you actually do not need a car. Next to the apartment you could catch a city bus, get to the central bus station or the train station. So that your journey could include the famous Russian Orthodox cathedral built by the Tzar Nicholas II, the Cimiez district with the "Regina", where Queen Victoria used to stay, or other mythical towns and villages such as Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, Menton as far as San Reiuo in Italy.
