Located in a gated arcade (passage) between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real - the centre for the vibrant night-life - the building is a work of art in its own right. This luxurious rental apartment is spread over two floors (duplex) in a renovated heritage building. With a porter and gated access, this apartment to rent is within walking distance of all the major attractions of Barcelona.
Once inside the historic building which has recently been renovated to provide a contemporary accommodation. A grand staircase leads to the upper floors, although there is also an elevator for those who appreciate the grandeur but not the climb.
THE APARTMENT FOR RENTAL (Sleeps 8)
For such a central location, this apartment is remarkably quiet and its decoration and beautiful furnishings provide very comfortable city centre accommodation for up to 8 people. The living room has two large sofa beds and is generously equipped for a relaxing stay, with TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and an air-climatizer. There is a good collection of books, CD's and DVD's, as well as maps of Barcelona and tourist brochures.
The dining area seats 8, although this photo only shows 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a jucier, coffee maker and a food processor, so if you decide to eat in rather than visit one of th emany restaurants nearby, you have all the equipment you need to conjour up a meal using fresh ingredients.

A further 4 guests can be accommodated on the sofa-beds in the living room, with their own downstairs bathroom.
LOCATION
The choice of places to visit and attractions is endless. Plaza Real and Las Rambles are just a one minute walk away. The Cathedral Bario Gotico is a 7 minute walk, and if you prefer to ride the Metro, the zoo is just 10 minutes, Plaza Espanya is 15 minutes, and so on. The metro and bus stations are near by, and you can always get a taxi home if you have over-done the walking.
