The villa is on the luxury Oasis Village development in Yaniklar, which is about 15 mins from the bustling harbour town of Fethiye, close to the famous beach resorts of Oludeniz, the Blue Lagoon and Calis Beach. Calis Beach is 10 mins away, the others 20 - 25 minutes. It would be ideal for those wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but with the option of plenty to do on site and at the beach. It is also close enough to a few livelier resort areas, should there be a requirement for a night or two out and about.

The 'village' is surrounded by forest and boasts an excellent and extensive range of on site facilities, including outdoor and heated indoor pools, tennis court, restaurant, pub, snack bar & pool bar, supermarket, open air cinema, fitness centre, sauna, mini golf, children's playground and crèche. It has its own private beach a short walk away, where a wide range of water sports are available.

This linked property occupies 158 m2 and has 3 floors with a roof sun terrace.


The ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted kitchen.


There is also a cloakroom. The living room opens out on to a terrace with further seating that also has a built in BBQ. All bedrooms and the living area are air conditioned. There is also a washing machine in the villa for added convenience.

• Three double/twin bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities.
• A further sofa bed is available in the lounge, allowing occupancy of up to 8 people.
• The first floor has two twin bedrooms, each with their own bathroom facilities.
• Each first floor bedroom also has its own balcony area.
• The top floor has one double bedroom with access to the roof sun terrace. This bedroom also has its own bathroom.

The holiday complex includes a superb indoor pool, well equipped gymnasium and sauna, as well as an outdoor tennis court.

TOURIST INFORMATION - FETHIYE

Fethiye is much more than just the Blue Lagoon, the spectacularly turquoise poster child of Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Fethiye is rocky cliffs, pine-clad mountain ranges, and offshore islets that speak of ancient civilisations.


It's the quiet serenity of a sunset over the ghost village of Kayakoy. And it's the blissful solitude of a swim in one of the innumerable, unspoiled, crystalline coves, many inaccessible by land. The combination is winning: The ample natural environment inspires physical activity as much as the sun-kissed coastline encourages sloth. Scuba diving, paragliding off a mountain peak, hiking ancient mountain paths, or wading slowly through an ice-cold gorge are just a few of the activities possible in and around Fethiye.


And of course, there's the Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz, one of the most astonishing natural beauties in all of Turkey.

The town of Fethiye itself is a pleasure for shoppers. There are many bargains to be had, with jewellery, leather goods, clothes and a lot more being a fraction of the price payable in the UK, but that doesn't stop you bargaining for an even better deal!

TRAVEL INFORMATION FOR TURKEY

The villa complex is only 40 minutes transfer time from Dalaman airport. There is currently a tunnel under construction, due for completion in 2006, which will reduce the transfer time to 30 minutes.

Depending on your requirements, transfers can be arranged. Similarly car hire can be arranged, though the frequent, cheap and reliable dolmus (minibus) service caters for most needs.

The charter airlines offer cheap flights to Dalaman.
